Answers to the questions we hear most. Can’t find yours? Contact us at vip@cassettecd.com.
Do the players actually work?
Yes. Every unit is hand-restored and tested before it ships. CD players play CDs, cassette players play tapes, and Bluetooth can be added where available.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 10-15 business days, then shipped worldwide with full tracking. Delivery takes 7-10 business days after dispatch.
Why does it take longer than other shops?
Every frame is restored, tested and assembled by hand in our studio rather than mass-produced, so our production time is longer than you may be used to. If you have a special request — a delivery deadline, a gift note, or a particular model — add a note to your order or email vip@cassettecd.com and we will do our best to help.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the box and item. If it arrives damaged we repair it or send you a replacement.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal and major credit cards through secure checkout.
